Wainwright - The Far Eastern Fells |
| Height: 567m (1860ft) | ||
| There are two summits to Angletarn Pikes, the highest being about 2 metres taller and to the north of the lower top. The most common route of ascent, and one I would recommend is from Patterdale. The ascent starts from the village and heads up to Boredale Hause before turning south towards the pikes. Angletarn Pikes sits just a couple of hundred yards from from the popular Coast to Coast route created by Alfred Wainwright. | ||
